Our organization, Academia Menonita Betania, is a not-for-profit school, located in Bo. Pulguillas in Coamo, Puerto Rico. It was incorporated on February 2, 1961, in the State Department of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The school is tax exempt under section 1101.01 of PR law.

With this notice we confirm that we received from you a gift for the school. No goods or services were transferred in consideration of it.
